Today is another boring day.
All that aside, let me dedicate one entire post to ranting about my awful laptop! A few months ago, my laptop has this charging problem. The adapter would occasionally stop charging my laptop and my laptop would just die after the batt drained out. It’s really sickening as my batt life is not fantastic either. Come on.. it’ nearly 3 years old already! Well, so Rachel helped me buy a new adapter in Malaysia. Only 3 months later (just 3 days after the warranty ended!!!!!! grrr!!), my new adapter konked out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!! So, I’ve been living with an awfully annoying laptop charger. Thankfully… good news comes soon after a week of enduring this shit. I’m getting a new laptop. Probably going to trade in this old one. I called a few places, but sadly to say, it’s not worth very much now. That’s because Acer is spoiling the market by selling new laptops for freaking cheap. No wonder it has such a short lifespan!
The laptop I have in mind now is the Sony Vaio VGN-CR35G going for $1999. Specs are not bad…shall not bore you with the jargon…and it’s one of the few budget laptops from Sony which actually looks pretty! Looks are important to me (though not as much as the specs…) but if I can have best of both worlds, why not?
