Readers, kitty.
Ok… so how did a cat come wondering into our office? Well, early this morning, an airport guide found it in the arrival hall without it’s mother. So, she brought it to the RHA, thinking of finding it a home. We all went over there to check it out… I must say… I’m not much of a cat lover…ok fine… I don’t like cats…. but baby animals always are cute somehow. Ezza was soooooo engrossed with the cat… holding it and stroking it as if it were her own baby! You should have seen her! LOL! Chris was taken by it no less. He started video caming it as the little kitty stumbled about on it’s little feet! Puspa was “so cute-ing” away… As for me, I was doing my usual favourite pastime - taking pics of it. (No wonder my computer hard disk is always full!)
Ezza kidnapped it (it’s a him) back to our office and let the fella roam about. You must have seen the horror on Ji Lei’s face when she wanted to go to the ladies only to find it in the middle of the corridor!! Haha! Chin Wei probably doesn’t like cats much. He built a fort to block the kitty from entering our cubicle! Puspa made me go to Cold Storage to buy a towel and milk for it. Wah… how much more spoilt can a stray cat get?
You can imagine how much Ezza likes it. Even during Jane’s farewell lunch at Earle Swenson’s, she asked me (like from the other end of the loooooooong table) if we were going to buy food for it! Err… I really don’t like cats that much to feed it. Haha. Yeah… I know… I’m a horrible person. Wouldn’t mind one bit if it were a cute little puppy though.
After playing with it for like half the day, Ignatius brought it with him to Seletar Airport to be adopted by some lady there. So… goodbye little fella and hope you like your new home!
